The next thing you need to focus on is fats. Despite what you may have been told, fats are good for you. Or at least, most of them are. What you need to be reducing is your trans fats, which should be reduced to zero. This will improve your insulin reaction, which will improve your skin.
The other thing you need to do is increase the level of good fats in your diet. The good fats can be found in fish oil and flax seeds, and you’d be well advised to add the, since they will help your body when synthesizing new skin cells, as well as boosting general health.
